Packing Material

BIT-CCTV’s products are protected with high quality packing foam/air packed pouches and packed with corrugated paper (single or double packing) or non-fumigation wooden box. All the packing passed harsh test like drop test, falling test, etc to make sure no damage to the products during shipping or transportation.

Packing Size

To obtain packing size for a specific model, please contact your sales representative.

Shipping Method

Shipping methods that we can arrange include international courier like DHL, UPS, Fedex or air/sea shipment. Or any other shipping method with our customer’s instruction.

Shipping Cost

We will provide you an estimated shipping cost for the order based on the shipping method you choose. Please note, our price will be based on EXW term, and the buyer will need to bear the shipping cost on its own.

Lead Time

For standard configuration products, our lead time will be around 2-4 weeks. If any customization is involved, the lead time will depends and please consult our sales rep for the shipping date.
